Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Body Chemistry currently ships within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Multiple Packages

Some Body Chemistry products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
